About The Clark County Home Health Agency
We are a non-profit division of the Clark County Health Department, serving the residents of Clark County since 1983. We are staffed with qualified professionals, providing quality in-home health care. Case Managers work closely with your doctor(s) in and around Clark County.
All home care needs can be arranged by the staff of Clark County Home Health. The agency provides services for Durable Medical Equipment, Infusion Therapy, Oxygen and Respiratory needs, and Lifeline referrals.
Our agency is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and accepts most insurances.
A skilled nurse is available for referrals and to take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Home visits will be provided as ordered by the physician. Case management is provided for each patient to ensure continuity in the patient's care needs.
